To Avail Support, after ensuring active the support subscription you can email the issues to help@etymoengine.com
- The support team requires email from either registered email id or purchase code to track the license.
- Support tickets works between 10:30AM to 6:00 PM and in Weekdays only.
- Please include screenshots, error codes and as much detail as possible to get faster resolution in less time.
- Avoid creating multiple tickets
- Phone Number / WhatsApp and Comment Boxes are not for Technical support and usually gets handled by 3rd party agencies. To ensure faster support always create tickets only.

Refund Policy
We offer full featured demo to check and ensure the features of the product before purchase. We don't offer refund in most cases if you have downloaded the Product already. Kindly check the demo , details and speak to sales agent before purchase to avoid dispute.

Its illegal to install product under regular license to multiple website / locations. Using pirated scripts or code obtain from malicious sources can lead to your server security and can compromise the security of data. Its also copy right violation and can lead to serious legal troubles.

- We do not support Offline installation or via Remote Tools (AnyDesk)
- Support for Incompatible Hosting or Servers
- Support for code changes done by 3rd party or you.
